Setup is easy!
1. Guidebook is available to download via the Apple, Google, or Amazon app stores. You may also visit guidebook.com/getit on your device’s web browser to begin the download process, or simply enter your phone number in the box below and have a download link sent to you.
2. Once the app has finished downloading and you’ve opened it, click “Have a passphrase?” on the bottom of the screen. Please refer to your exhibitor/attendee toolkit, or contact us, for the passcode. If you've exited the brief tutorial the app offers, you may also enter a passcode by clicking the "Find Guides" button on the bottom right corner of the app and clicking the blue "Have a passphrase?" button at the bottom. [If prompted, we strongly recommend you allow the app to send you push notifications as we’ll be using this feature to provide last-minute updates and rideshare codes for events.]
3. You’re not done with setup just yet – in order to take full advantage of the networking features, you must create an account and fill in your contact info. To create an account, click the user icon on the upper right corner. Once you've created an account, you can complete your profile by entering your information and, if you'd like, uploading a profile picture. Enter any and all information you would like other attendees to see; this information will be accessible by anyone who connects with you via the app.
Setup is complete! You’re now free to explore the features of the app and connect with other attendees.
We will be making continuous updates to the app, up until the start of the conference. If any components of the app aren’t functioning properly, try clicking the menu icon on the top left corner of the app, followed by the refresh symbol on the top right corner, to update/refresh the app. If you’re still experiencing issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jenn Palmer at (916) 646-5999.
