Cancellations:

If you must cancel your registration for the 2008 Pacific Oil Conference, refunds will be processed according to the following postmark, facsimile, or e-mail date:

• Prior to August 22, 2008 - Full refund less cancellation fee of 25% of fees paid. All refunds are reviewed and made following the POC.
• No refund after August 22, 2008 - Cancellations received after this date & No-shows are not eligible for a refund including sporting events and special ticket fees.
• Substitutions are permitted. To ensure accuracy of information, please mail, fax (916-646-5985) or e-mail your substitution or cancellation request to POC at registrar@petroshow.com

• Reservation cancellations allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival with no penalty.
• Room block will close August 15, 2008. Please call and request confirmation of your reservation by calling the Grand Sierra Resort Reservation Department at 800-648-5080.
