JEFF HOVE has served and represented the petroleum industry for almost two decades. Specializing in state and federal fuel and alternative fuel regulations, he has created compliance solutions which garner increased fuel margins. Mr. Hove leads the newly formed Alternative Fuels Council on behalf of NATSO, representing travel centers across the United States.

ROB UNDERWOOD joined PMAA in July 2007 as PMAA’s Director of Government Relations to represent petroleum marketers on Capitol Hill. Rob also represents petroleum marketers before the National Conference on Weights and Measures (NCWM). In March 2015, PMAA’s Executive Committee chose Rob to be the next President of PMAA effective May 16, 2015.

RYAN MCNUTT is Chief Executive Officer of SIGMA, a post he assumed in April, 2015. Ryan has a rich history with SIGMA, having previously served on the association’s Legislative Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to joining SIGMA, Ryan spent ten years with Midwest Petroleum as their Vice President of Operations.

JON TAETS represents NACS before Congress and the administration on issues such as menu labeling, labor issues, taxes, health care, and internet gaming. He joined NACS in March of 2014 after spending over a decade on Capitol Hill. Prior to working for NACS, he worked for Representative Leonard Lance as his legislative director. Taets graduated from Hartwick College with a B.A. in political science.

RYAN HANRETTY has been CFCA’s Executive Director since 2016. He started as an intern in the State Capitol and volunteered his time for the California Republican Party shortly after graduating from college. His first job in politics came when he was hired by former Senator Jim Battin as a legislative aide in 2007. Ryan moved to Washington, D.C. to further his experience in the political and policy arenas. Following his tenure in Washington, D.C., Ryan moved back to Sacramento to head up the office for Assemblyman Travis Allen.
