FRED WHITAKER joined Cummins & White, LLP as an associate in 1990. His practice focused on environmental insurance coverage and real estate matters. In 1993, Mr. Whitaker left Cummins & White and joined SC Fuels of Orange, California. In 2000, Mr. Whitaker returned to Cummins & White as the partner in charge of its transactional practice and continues in this role today.

ANDY WEBER began his career at Shell Oil Company, serving in various sales and marketing management capacities, responsible for Shell’s investments in dealer and company-operated retail market. Andy was a principal at Roundtree Capital and served as CFO and President with overall responsibilities for the growth of the business from 100 to 230 convenience stores.

SANJIV PATEL has been a serial entrepreneur, who has started several companies in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Publishing, Semiconductor, Internet and Petroleum. His varied background from different industries gives him unique perspective to see existing businesses and identify their hidden potential.
