Banquet Rooms

In order to ensure the best tradeshow event possible, the POC Board of Directors has a firm policy that no conflicting events such as hospitality suites, or any other group functions are permitted during Trade Show hours during the event. Your cooperation with this policy is appreciated. Both the POC and the Reno Hilton staff will gladly assist in scheduling, planning, and catering your individual functions. Contact Robin Rinehart at - 916-646-5980 the POC office to reserve your banquet room or to make special arrangements for your event.

Private Golf Tournaments

The Exhibitors and the POC Board of Directors expect that no other golf events be scheduled by other companies during Tradeshow hours. If you would like to host a private golf tournament, please do so on Monday, Thursday afternoon, or Friday. Staff will be more than willing to assist you with getting tee times or anything else you might need. In addition we are happy to work with you on arranging foursomes during the POC tournament. Your continued support of the POC is greatly appreciated.
