- Reservation
cancellations allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival with
no penalty.
- $10.00
additional fee for 3rd person in room.
- Check
out time is 11:00am, therefore, guest rooms may not be available
for check-in until 3:00 p.m.
- Suite
reservations for hospitalities or other uses MUST CALL the
Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. Also please read our Hospitality
Rules and Instructions.

NOW will not be charged for the room guarantee until 48 hours
out. Since there is NO PENALTY - don’t wait! Call now
and make your reservation(s) - you can always change them. Don’t
know who in the company will be going? Don’t worry - make
your reservations under your company name and fill in the names
later.

Event Conflict Policy
No
conflicting events are permitted during the Tradeshow hours
or during the POC Bob Sturgeon Golf Tournament such as: hospitalities,
group functions, private golf tournaments, or meetings.

If you call and make your POC Reservations 45 DAYS prior to
the POC, you can “front-load” your stay at the POC
room rate. You can lock your POC rate in by letting Reservations
know you are with the POC. Make your plans to come early to
watch the Air Races.
