TAMMY ROZGA, President of Rozga Business Solutions, LLC is a seasoned C-Store operations and project management professional. She has spent 25 years working in the industry with 7-Eleven, Inc. and Crown Central Petroleum in a variety of leadership roles and now operates a successful consulting firm. Her experience positioned her to work closely with hundreds of franchisees, dealers, and corporate store operators driving revenue, margins, and total operating income. Tammy takes a store specific approach analyzing the trade area, demographics, and then tailors the product assortment to match the needs of the local customer. Developing a data driven floor plan to include product: space to sales, placement, availability, and pricing are critical to her success. Her ability to take an unbiased analysis of the people, process, and overall operational current situation allow her to provide honest feedback and action plans that lead to significant financial growth.
